The Design Phase
Our team of architects and interior designers make extra efforts, first in understanding the needs and wants of the client and then in coming up with budget friendly, modern ideas to fulfil them gracefully.
From furniture layout, wall and ceiling design, flooring, structuring of the modular kitchen and wardrobes, planning of lighting and color temperature, to the selection of material, curtains and wall-hanging fixtures, our designing phase takes care of every nook and corner, so that the execution is smooth and well ordered.
It is our duty to keep our clients informed about the latest materials, modern interior trends and smart technologies available on the market presently so that they can choose the best for themselves and remain aligned with the contemporary era.

During the execution phase we usually carry out long online or offline meetings, and love to talk to each member of the family so that requirements and opinions of every member can be well understood . It’s important during this phase that we immediately give the client an idea of the estimate according to the design option they like. This helps them select the type of designs which will fall in their budget.
The Estimate Phase
Since an estimate for any modern interior design project can be made only when the designs and materials are finalised, we start calculating the cost of the interior design for the client after the designing phase is completed. At this stage, if the client finds the estimate going out of their budget, then certain changes in the designs or even a redesign is possible.
The Execution Phase
We have a skilled team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and masons, who work hard to bring our designs to life. Our contractors, and site supervisors, sincerely look after the sitework so that every task and phase is completed in an organised way. The Project Architect and Interior Designer frequently visit the sites to make sure that everything is in accordance to the approved designs. The clients are given a frequent update of the site work if they live elsewhere during this phase. We take all the hassles, and struggles which are required, so that the client can focus on their work and family. To keep transparent and build trust, we always keep our vendors and contractors in touch with the client, which also helps them make better decisions regarding purchase of materials.
The Completion Phase
Our execution team along with the Project Architect and the Interior Designer make sure that the site is perfectly cleaned and devoid of any extra material or debris left due to execution after the completion, so that you can enjoy your beautiful new space!
